Welcome to the new Amphitheater Public Schools website platform

Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

If you need information urgently and can’t locate it on the website or see an error, please email answers@amphi.com, and we will respond and address the concern as quickly as possible, typically the same day or within 24 hours.

Transcript Requests

  • Below is the link to our record request form
  • A legible copy of your photo id is required to process your order
  • Please allow 5 working days for the processing of request

Past CDO Graduates

  • Only the student may request their records
  • If the records are ordered to be picked up at CDO:
    • The student must pick up -or-
    • The student may designate a person to pick up on request form
  • Photo ID is required at time of pick up by student and designee
  • There is a $1.00 fee per transcript
